Potential funding opportunities in Victoria
Each of the opportunities listed below have conditions applicants need to comply with. There may also be time limits on availability, a limited number of successful applicants or other restrictions which determine whether an application is successful.
- Skills First program provides Victorian Government subsidies for Vocational Education and Training Courses
Scholarships
- MEGT Foundation Scholarship Program: Offered in Victoria and South Australia. It supports eligible women experiencing personal disadvantage to return to study.
- South West TAFE First Nations Scholarships: Scholarship to assist with the cost of studies for First Nations students at Portland campus.
- TAFE Gippsland Scholarships: A variety of scholarships are available for students enrolled in Vocational Education and Training courses.
- The Sisters of Charity Foundation Tertiary Scholarship Program: For young people (27 years or under) who have been in out-of-home care, such as foster care (either currently or in the past).
- The Pinnacle Foundation: For people aged between 18-26 years of age who identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and are undertaking education in a public tertiary institution (university or TAFE).
